Google Forms

The steps below will guide you through creating and sharing a google form, and thinking about ways Google Forms can be used by teachers to enhance teaching and learn. If you complete Steps 1-3 (creating and sharing a form), you can earn 2 recertification points. If you complete Steps 4-5 (discussion about ways to use forms in the classroom), you can earn one extra point. You must have done the first three steps, though, to do steps 4 and 5. Step 1: Create Google Account

• Sign up for a Google Account.

Step 2: Create a Google Form in Google Docs

• Go to Google Docs
• Create a Form

Step 3:Share your Google Form with Meg or Tina

You can share it with us in Google Docs OR send it to us with a TinyUrl
Use our Google Accounts (tinamcoffey@gmail.com or sweckersphere@gmail.com)
